Job Summary
Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist in Los Gatos, CA for a 13-week assignment. 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts. Requires PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) and active CA license; BLS may be required. Prior SNF/post-acute experience and EMR documentation preferred. Required Qualifications

- Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting preferred
- Electronic medical records experience preferred
