Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (SNF) in Los Gatos, CA for a 13-week assignment. Provide PT services to help patients regain health and mobility in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities include assessing mobility, strength, and function; developing treatment plans; maintaining records; and delivering patient and family education. Schedule is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days. Travel pay package includes private housing or housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance, travel reimbursement, and retirement benefits. Staffing: Cross Country Allied. Employer-focused note: PT services, SNF setting, 13-week travel assignment, CA licensure, BLS required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Degree in relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state/compact license
