Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads travel-focused, mission-critical construction projects, guiding project teams and supervising project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in accordance with contract documents. Responsible for projected costs and profits, preparation of estimates, negotiating prime contracts and subcontracts, developing the Project Management Plan (PMP), contributing to value engineering, coordinating pre-construction planning, managing procurement and change orders, maintaining owner relations, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance through regular site visits and close collaboration with the Project Superintendent and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or the equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of eight years project management experience in Mission Critical construction projects
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and negotiate contracts
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with documented experience coordinating project teams, owners, and subcontractors
