Travel School Psychologist providing counseling services to students and parents; participate in MTSS/IEP development, collaborate with families and staff to support social-emotional development, and maintain required records and timelines for compliance; position involves coordinating activities with professional staff, parents, and external agencies to support student outcomes; master’s degree in psychology with state endorsement as a School Psychologist required or eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology
- Has obtained or is eligible for an endorsement as a School Psychologist as prescribed in the bylaws of the State Department of Education
- Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health is preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain ethical and accountability standards
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills, and communicates effectively and courteously both verbally and in writing
- Has the ability to coordinate activities and work effectively with professional staff, support staff, parents, and representatives from agencies outside the school system
