Job Summary
Travel School Psychologist with Pediatric Developmental Services. Provide counseling services to students and parents, participate in MTSS and interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to initial and annual IEP development, collaborate with families and staff to support social-emotional development, and adhere to record-keeping and procedural safeguards. Role supports coordination of services, scheduling of required meetings, and ensuring compliance with timelines. Requirements include a Master's Degree in Psychology and endorsement as a School Psychologist as prescribed by the state; experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health is preferred. Strong independence, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills, plus the ability to coordinate with professional staff, parents, and external agencies, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology
- Endorsement as School Psychologist per State Department of Education bylaws
- Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills and effective communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to coordinate activities with professional staff, support staff, parents, and external agencies
