Job Summary
Drive travel sales revenue by managing team goals, coaching advisors to achieve productivity targets, and analyzing industry trends to capitalize on opportunities. Execute business line incentive programs and marketing campaigns while setting sales goals and holding the team accountable for customer satisfaction and compliance. Resolve member issues fairly and build relationships with vendors and industry leaders to improve the value proposition. Establish staffing levels, oversee daily performance of advisors and counselors, and manage the hiring and training process. Identify process efficiencies in automation and reporting workflows to enhance reservation booking and workflow management. Maintain a driven, positive team culture while keeping staff informed of agency, club, and vendor changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of travel sales & service experience
- 9 years of travel sales & service experience (High School diploma)
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work an extended hour schedule as necessitated by business need
- Strong sales coaching skills
- Driven people leader with effective coaching, organization, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficient in customer issue resolution
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications or Google Suite equivalency
- Ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
