Job Summary
Travel Sales Coordinator for Ten Lifestyle Group’s Private Travel division coordinates between the sales team, operations, and VIP clients (UHNW) to facilitate luxury travel experiences. Responsibilities include administrative tasks (sales documents, contracts, proposals), managing member inquiries, maintaining records of sales activities, serving as a secondary contact for members, coordinating with other departments to fulfill requests, supporting sales strategies and presentations, researching market trends, and coordinating logistics for travel itineraries. Requires professional English communication, experience in sales support or luxury travel, CRM/GDS proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options are available, with up to 40% Home Office.
