Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers to build trust, uncover needs, and recommend solutions through a proven consultative sales process. Manage a personal book of business, follow up with prospects, and generate referrals while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals. Travel nearly 100% of the time to support stores throughout the Midwest and South, delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Work independently during scheduled store shifts when needed. Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Average earnings range from $70,000-$90,000+ annually through a competitive daily rate, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. Company-paid flights, hotels, rental cars, and daily per diem while traveling.

- Must be available for two weekdays off each week
