Travel Sales Advisor

Travel Sales Advisor at AAA Salt Lake City Foothill branch. Responsible for providing exceptional travel sales and support experiences to AAA Members, selling international and domestic travel packages, cruises, tours, air/hotel/car/rail, and member servicing. Must be self-sufficient and motivated with world-wide travel knowledge, using industry systems (GDS/Apollo/Galileo) and Google Workspace to manage transactions. Maintain production goals, cross-sell related products (credit cards, memberships), and stay informed on travel industry developments to advise members. Requires strong consultative selling skills, ability to read maps and understand worldwide geography, and capability to work both independently and as part of a team. On-site, 5-day work week in Salt Lake City; benefits include competitive hourly base + commissions, incentive plans, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement, and other perks. Bilingual is a plus. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of general sales experience; experience selling international and domestic travel preferred. Work environment: in-branch with Saturday availability and occasional evenings, extensive computer use. This role is subject to an incentive compensation plan with earnings variance depending on performance.
