Job Summary
Travel Advisor responsible for selling international and domestic travel packages (cruises, tours, air, hotel, car, rail) and providing member servicing. Acts as a travel consultant tailoring AAA products to create memorable vacations, maintains production goals in travel sales and cross-sells products (e.g., credits cards, memberships). Uses industry systems (GDS Apollo Galileo Travelport) and Google Workspace, staying current on travel industry trends to advise members and resolve questions or complaints. Requires strong computer skills, consultative selling abilities, independence, and teamwork; high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of general sales experience preferred; in-branch, full-time role with Saturdays.
