Job Summary
Travel Sales Advisor at a full-time in-branch role (AAA Helena). Sells international and domestic vacation packages, cruises, tours, hotels, car rentals, rail, and air travel, owning the member relationship from start to finish. Initiates contact with members and prospects to generate new business and repeat sales, cross-sells products (credit cards and memberships), and maintains production goals in travel sales and partner products. Researches partner packages to match member needs, stays current on travel industry trends, and provides tailored recommendations and solutions. Performs operational support including ticketing for air/hotel/car/rail and uses industry systems (GDS Apollo Galileo, etc.) and Google Workspace to manage transactions with high accuracy. Requires strong computer skills, consultative selling abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: 3+ years of general sales experience. In-person, in-branch role with Saturday presence and occasional evenings as described for in-branch environment.
