Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and secure safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Requires a CO RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 72-hour pay periods, 13-week assignments available, and local contract options for residents within 75 miles.
