Travel RN - Registered Nurse - OR Operating Room Circulator

Conduct OR operating room circulator duties, utilizing the Nursing Process to assess patient needs, implement teaching strategies, and manage nursing team resources. Effectively delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary staff while maintaining accountability for quality patient outcomes and demonstrating cultural sensitivity. Communicate with the interdisciplinary team, evaluate data to promote change, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards. Manage heavy physical demands involving lifting up to 100 pounds, manage exposure to blood and body fluids, and maintain confidentiality. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of experience in heart, neuro, and vascular settings; live more than 65 miles from the job site.
