Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a 10-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) utilizing the nursing process within a technically complex environment. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary team collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Maintain full-time 72-hour night shift schedule with a minimum 13-week assignment option. Requires Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, ACLS, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
