Job Summary
Conduct safe patient care in the Progressive Care Unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct patient and family teaching while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in clinical condition, cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes or treatment responses. Requires current state RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and one year of experience. Per diem shifts available in Redding, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Previous 1 year of experience
