Job Summary
Conduct safe patient care in the Progressive Care Unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct patient and family teaching while guiding activities of other nursing personnel to maintain standards of care. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response. Requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days. Minimum one year of experience required. Pay up to $1,190 gross per shift with days and nights available.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Previous 1 year of experience
