Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate safe patient care while providing direct care within the scope of practice in the Progressive Care Unit. Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel, maintaining standards of care in Telemetry. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology, responding quickly to condition changes or treatment responses. Requires current and valid state RN license, BLS and ACLS certificates, and one year of experience. Pay up to $1,190 gross per shift for 12-week assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Previous 1 year of experience
