Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while providing direct nursing services in the Progressive Care Unit. Direct patient and family teaching, guide activities of other nursing personnel, and maintain standards of care. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in clinical condition, cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes or treatment responses. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and one year of experience. Per diem shifts available in Redding, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Previous 1 year of experience required
