Job Summary
Provide safe patient care in the Progressive Care Unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct patient/family teaching and guide activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment. Requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days. One year of experience required. Shifts available days and nights with pay up to $1,190 per shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Previous 1 year of experience
