Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a 24-bed hybrid Progressive/Stepdown/Intermediate unit, prioritizing evidence-based practice and patient wellness. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team. Manage critical care patients requiring Intensive Care Unit or Progressive Care Unit level of care in a technically complex environment. Full-time night shift with 72-hour pay periods; $50/hour plus travel stipend. Local contract options available for residents within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
