Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Operating Room, PACU, or perioperative setting using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Adhere to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards within a multidisciplinary team approach. Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. This 13-week full-time assignment offers 72 hours per pay period in a fast-paced clinical environment at UCHealth Broomfield Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
