Travel RN - NICU

Deliver patient care in the NICU using the nursing process, assessing learning needs, and implementing teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Manage nursing resources effectively while adapting communication styles to diverse patient populations and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain proficiency in computers and software, demonstrating strong verbal communication and organizational skills. Requires current RN license, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications, with at least one year of NICU experience (two years preferred). Valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory. Health insurance available upon assignment start.
