Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a 36-bed medical progressive care unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice models aligned with AACCN Synergy standards. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure point-of-care safety in a technically complex environment. Requires CO RN license, one year of experience, ACLS, and current BLS certification. Full-time day/night rotation or nights, 72 hours per pay period, with 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
