Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity using the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment by valuing professional success and personal well-being. Requires CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time nights shifts with 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
