Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity specialty acute care units, including Med-Surg, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize a patient perspective, wellness, and multidisciplinary team approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge in this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Requires a CO RN license, one year of experience, and BLS certification; offers 13-week night shifts with a $50/hour rate plus travel stipend.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
