Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity medical-surgical units using the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and multidisciplinary team approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Work full-time nights shifts (72 hours per pay period) with 13-week assignments available. Requires CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification.
