Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on moderate to high acuity Med-Surg and Ortho units using the nursing process. Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. Requires a CO RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, and BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 72-hour pay periods, including travel stipends and up to 13-week assignments.
Required Qualifications
