Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $1,998 per week

Travel RN in Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Janesville, WI. Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with standards of care and state practice acts. Documents per standards of care. Develops, initiates, and executes patient care plans as prescribed by physicians and hospital policy, including patient/family instruction. Participates in performance improvement activities and supports other units using clinical expertise. Applies critical thinking to patient safety and patient experience and escalates appropriately. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts; Employment Type: Travel.
