Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on the Labor & Delivery unit, including the birth center, antepartum, and OB ORs. Utilize the nursing process to prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team. Precept new healthcare staff and model proficiency to support team growth. Maintain ACLS and NRP certifications while ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Work nights on a 16-bed unit with a full-time, 0.9 FTE schedule of 72 hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- NRP
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
