Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on the Labor & Delivery unit, including the birth center, antepartum, and OB ORs. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary team collaboration to ensure safety and quality outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff while adhering to AWHONN and AACN practice standards. Maintain required certifications including ACLS, NRP, and BLS before starting the 13-week night shift assignment.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- NRP
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- Nights shift availability
- Full Time employment
- 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
- Labor & Delivery unit experience
- Mother/Baby unit experience
- Labor and Delivery - Birth Center experience
- Women's Care experience
- NICU experience
- RNC-OB certification
- C-EFM certification
- CCRN certification
