Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings within a technically complex environment. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice while contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
