Job Summary
Conduct top-of-scope direct patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings within a technically complex environment. Deliver evidence-based care aligned with the AACN Synergy Model while prioritizing patient wellness and a multidisciplinary team approach. Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Requires CO RN license, one-year experience, and current ACLS and BLS certifications. Full-time, 80-hour schedule with 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
