Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models aligned with AACCN's Synergy Model. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while contributing to a multidisciplinary team approach within a fast-paced clinical environment. Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge to drive exceptional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
