Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a 12-bed ICU utilizing the nursing process within a technically complex environment. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary team approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications, with a minimum of one year of RN experience and a Colorado license or eNLC privileges required. Full-time night shifts totaling 72 hours per pay period, with local contract options available for residents within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- ACLS
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- Nights shift availability
- Full Time employment
- 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) schedule
- Local RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles
