Travel RN Critical Care Float Pool

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings at Highlands Ranch, Broomfield, Longs Peak, and University of Colorado hospitals. Prioritize evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and multidisciplinary team collaboration while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a technically complex, fast-paced environment. This full-time rotating D/N or night shift role requires a Colorado RN license, one year of experience, ACLS, and BLS certification. Assignments are 13 weeks with extension options, offering a competitive hourly rate plus travel stipend.
