Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models aligned with AACCN's Synergy Model. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Operate within a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requires Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, ACLS, and BLS certification. Full-time night shifts totaling 72 hours per pay period with 13-week assignments available.
