Provide high-acuity direct patient care in ICU/PCU settings as part of UCHealth's Critical Care Float Pool, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and prioritizing wellness, safety, and evidence-based practice. Role includes direct care aligned with AACN's Synergy Model, precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth, and contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Requires CO RN license or eNLC privileges, ACLS, BLS, and 1 year of experience. Travel/posting details include full-time night shifts with a 72-hour per pay period schedule and a travel package/stipend; local RN traveler contract options available within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications

- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
