Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary team approach. Prioritize patient wellness, evidence-based practice, and point-of-care safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Deliver nights shifts in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, Colorado Springs. Requires CO RN license, one year experience, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
