Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and safety and quality at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes via a multidisciplinary team approach in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Requires a CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 72 hours per pay period; 13-week assignments available for local travelers within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
