Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff. Operate within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring exceptional outcomes through a patient perspective. Requires CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Nights shift, full-time 72-hour pay period, $50/hour plus travel stipend. 13-week assignments available for local residents within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
