Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Thoracic PCU utilizing the nursing process, managing moderate to high acuity patients on a full-time days shift. Prioritize wellness, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary team approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and welcome new knowledge in this fast-paced clinical environment. Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
