Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for a complex behavioral health population, initiating corrective action for adverse symptomology and responding to critical situations with efficiency. Deliver psychiatric nursing utilizing established standards and protocols while modeling proficiency by precepting new staff. Maintain composure in fast-paced, high-stress environments to ensure safety and quality at the point of care. Requires Colorado RN license, one year of experience, and BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
