Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for solid organ transplants, thoracic surgery, and hepatology patients across moderate to high acuity units. Utilize the nursing process within AMSN core curriculum standards while prioritizing a multidisciplinary team approach and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requires CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time 72-hour rotation with day/night shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
