Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for solid organ transplants, thoracic surgery, and hepatology patients across moderate to high acuity units. Utilize the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach to prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Requires a CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time, 72-hour pay period with day/night rotation or nights.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
