Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for solid organ transplants, thoracic surgery, and hepatology in moderate to high acuity units. Utilize the nursing process within AMSN core curriculum standards while prioritizing evidence-based practice and a multidisciplinary team approach. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Requires CO RN license, one year experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time day/night rotation with 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
