Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units for solid organ transplants, thoracic surgery, and hepatology. Utilize the nursing process to prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Requires CO RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time, 72-hour pay period with day/night rotation or nights.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
