Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units using the nursing process. Prioritize a patient perspective, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary team approaches to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff while contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Requires CO RN license, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 72-hour pay periods and 13-week assignments available.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
