Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Operate within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment to achieve exceptional outcomes. Requires a CO RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time 72-hour night shifts available for 13-week assignments at UCHealth Anschutz in Aurora.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
