Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure outcomes within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requires CO RN license or eNLC privileges, one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 72-hour pay periods, $50/hour plus travel stipend, and 13-week assignments available. Local RN Traveler contract options exist for residents within 75 miles.
