Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. Utilize the nursing process to prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. This full-time, nights-only role requires a Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges and one year of experience. BLS certification is mandatory before the start date. Assignments are 13 weeks with a minimum of three days open.
